The
Dharma Centre of Winnipeg has constructed a pagoda behind
the St. Norbert Arts Centre.
Just
head down Pembina highway and follow the signs on the right once
you are in St. Norbert.
The
pagoda is located behind the ruins of the monastary overlooking
the river.
